RACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HQ-WB HOLDEN

PLEASE NOTE:

It is a requirement that an LS4 checklist be completed and signed by an appropriately qualified person (Qualified Mechanic). The vehicle will require to be presented for inspection to a vehicle examiner approved by the jurisdiction under which the vehicle is licensed and a modification approval will be issued.

These components are tested and engineered to suit original HQ to WB Holden 6 cylinder and V8’s. The kit is “bolt on”, requiring no modification to chassis, supplied brackets or hardware.

Deletion or addition to this kit as supplied is not required, therefore any modifications to the kit will void manufacturer‘s warranty.

BLACKS RACKS will not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from any modifications to the components as supplied.

All fittings should be torqued to specifications and rechecked after a period of 500km‘s.

As per normal vehicle servicing, the rack should be inspected for hydraulic fluid leaks, tie rod end and universal joint wear and replaced as necessary.
